DeeDee arrives in SwedenHi everyone! Itīs me, DeeDee, the Travel doll, guess were I am now?!
This time Iīve traveled very far, letīs see if anyone can guess were I am, just for fun!
Iīll give you some hints! Iīm not in the US any longer, this country is much smaller, only 9 000 000 people live here. As you can see itīs fall, and the days are getting very short, but in the summer you can see the midnight sun in this country. Itīs a monarchy, and the Nobel prize is given here.

Hi all! I guess by now you know that Iīve traveled all the way from California to Sweden. It was a looong trip, I had jet lag for two days! But today Iīve been busy!
First I visited some of the vintage ladies. They were very nice and friendly, and offered me orange juice. The lady with the sunglasses told me that she had lived with the Big Person for almost 40 years!
My first visit was so nice, so I went on to another shelf, where the ladies seemed getting ready for a tea party. Well, I got a cup, but these girls were a little more reserved, impossible to make eye contact with!
Between you and me; some of the older girls are really stiff!
But this evening I was invited to a pyjama party, and that was fun! The girls made such a fuss over me, wanting to powder my nose and brush my hair! I told them to go easy on my curls, though!
Now itīs 12.30 at night here, and Iīm about to go to sleep, in this lovely old bed. Tomorrow Iīll try to get upstairs, I heard that thereīs more dolls my own age up there! Good night! |
